About the Job
- Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility support).
- Meaningful companionship and engagement.
- Meal preparation and nutritional support.
- Light housekeeping directly related to client care.
- Transportation to appointments or errands (as needed).
- Accurate documentation and proactive communication with the care team.
- Observing and reporting changes in condition.
- Show up on time — every time.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully.
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
- Understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality.
- Take initiative while honoring the care plan.
- Represent our company with integrity inside clients’ homes.
- We are not a hospital or nursing facility — this is one-on-one in-home care.
- We are not a gig-based app — consistency and accountability are required.
- We are not a “sit and supervise” role — engagement and attentiveness matter.
- We are not a medical staffing agency — this position focuses on personal care and companionship.
- We are not seeking short-term availability only.
- 18+ with high school diploma/GED or relevant experience.
- Prior caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP, or senior care experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to this address.
- Valid Driver's License and Insurance are a must.
- Smartphone proficiency for scheduling and care notes.
- Ability to assist with mobility and remain active during shifts.
- Clear background screening.
