About This Opportunity:
We are a professional, relationship-driven home care provider serving families throughout the Birmingham Metro area.

We deliver personalized, one-on-one, non-medical care that allows clients to remain safely and confidently in their homes. Our caregivers are carefully selected professionals who understand that this is more than a job — it is a responsibility.

If you take pride in reliability, professionalism, and compassionate service, we invite you to apply.

What You’ll Do:
You will provide high-quality, dignified support tailored to this couple's care plan, including:
  • Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility support).
  • Meaningful companionship and engagement.
  • Meal preparation and nutritional support.
  • Light housekeeping directly related to client care.
  • Transportation to appointments or errands (as needed).
  • Accurate documentation and proactive communication with the care team.
  • Observing and reporting changes in condition.

This is non-medical private duty care. No skilled nursing or clinical procedures are required unless separately licensed and authorized. One of the clients may need assistance with her neprhostomy tubes.

The Type of Professional We’re Looking For:
We hire caregivers who:
  • Show up on time — every time.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully.
  • Maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
  • Understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality.
  • Take initiative while honoring the care plan.
  • Represent our company with integrity inside clients’ homes.

This role is best suited for individuals who view caregiving as meaningful work — not temporary filler employment.

What We Are NOT:
To ensure the right mutual fit, please note:
  • We are not a hospital or nursing facility — this is one-on-one in-home care.
  • We are not a gig-based app — consistency and accountability are required.
  • We are not a “sit and supervise” role — engagement and attentiveness matter.
  • We are not a medical staffing agency — this position focuses on personal care and companionship.
  • We are not seeking short-term availability only.

Qualifications:
  • 18+ with high school diploma/GED or relevant experience.
  • Prior caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP, or senior care experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to this address.
  • Valid Driver's License and Insurance are a must.
  • Smartphone proficiency for scheduling and care notes.
  • Ability to assist with mobility and remain active during shifts.
  • Clear background screening.

Dementia or memory care experience is strongly valued.

What You Can Expect From Us:
We believe strong caregivers deserve strong support:
  • Structured onboarding and orientation.
  • Consistent scheduling whenever possible.
  • Respectful communication from office staff.
  • Professional standards that protect both you and our clients.
  • Opportunity to grow with a stable, locally focused company.

Our Commitment:
We hire carefully. We support intentionally.
We care deeply about the families who trust us — and the caregivers who represent us.

If you are dependable, compassionate, and take pride in your work, we would value the opportunity to meet you.
