Caregiver (Non-Medical) – Flexible Schedules | Birmingham, AL.

Location: Birmingham, Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Homewood, Pelham, Alabaster, Center Point, Irondale & surrounding areas
Pay: $14.00–$15.00+/hour (based on case type)

Schedule:

Part-time & Full-time
1–12 hour shifts

About the Role:

We provide one-on-one, non-medical home care services that allow seniors and adults to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. This is relationship-based care — not facility work.

Key Responsibilities:

Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support).
Companionship and emotional support.
Meal preparation and light housekeeping related to client care.
Errands and transportation (as needed).
Documentation and communication with the care team.

This is a non-medical caregiving position. No clinical procedures or skilled nursing tasks are required unless separately licensed and authorized.

Qualifications:

18+ with high school diploma/GED (or equivalent experience).
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the Birmingham Metro.
Valid driver's license and Insurance.
Ability to pass background screening.
Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and documentation.
Physically able to assist with mobility and stand/walk for extended periods.
